How we work.

Six principles that govern every engagement.
Every decision. Every piece of work.

01 — 06   Governing principles

Not a methodology.
Not a framework.
A set of convictions we hold.

These principles were not written to differentiate us. They were written because they are true to how we work — and because we believe practices deserve to know, before they engage us, how decisions get made on their behalf.

Principle 01

Clarity before momentum

We establish context, constraints, and long-term intent before we act. In a regulated environment, the cost of correcting course later is considerably higher than the cost of thinking carefully before you begin. We will never rush you into activity that we have not thought through properly.

Principle 02

Judgement over volume

Visibility is not always valuable. Some channels are right for you. Others carry more risk than reward. We help practices decide where presence is appropriate, where restraint serves the brand better, and when saying less is the right call. That takes experience you cannot automate.

Principle 03

Risk embedded, not appended

ASA standards, CAP Code requirements, platform behaviour, and patient trust are considerations at the point of decision — not filters applied after the creative has been made. Work that generates enquiries and erodes credibility is not a good outcome. We do not trade those off.

Principle 04

Direct collaboration

We work with founders, clinical leads, and senior teams. The brief comes directly from the people who own the decisions. So does our challenge, when it is needed. We do not take a brief, disappear, and return with a deliverable.

Principle 05

Long-term orientation

Short-term tactics that produce enquiries and long-term liability are not something we will recommend. We favour decisions that remain defensible as your practice evolves and as the regulatory environment tightens — which it will.

Principle 06

Selective by design

We work with a limited number of practices at any given time. This is not positioning. It is the only way to maintain the standard the governance system demands. If we cannot give your practice the attention it requires, we will say so.

Work with us

Work with a partner who thinks before they act.

The Expansion Retreat is the starting point for every engagement.
