Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

Last updated: 12 February 2026 · Reviewed every six months

Aesthetic Bureau is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business operations and supply chains. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to any form of forced labour, exploitation, or abuse, and we reflect this commitment throughout all professional relationships.

Our Business & Supply Chains

Aesthetic Bureau functions as a strategic advisory and intelligence-led consultancy, collaborating with regulated healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, and luxury-adjacent partners.

Our supply chain may include the following:

  • Professional services
  • Digital and creative suppliers
  • Technology platforms
  • Hospitality, spa, and wellness venues — including luxury hotels and retreats
  • Freelance and contract-based contributors

Whilst our operations remain primarily low-risk, sectors including hospitality, wellness, and international service provision present elevated risk in certain regions. We acknowledge this and act accordingly.

Our Commitment

Aesthetic Bureau commits to ensuring that all work occurs voluntarily; that individuals are free from coercion, exploitation, or abuse; that suppliers and partners comply with applicable labour laws; and that ethical standards are maintained throughout all professional relationships.

We will not knowingly engage with organisations or individuals involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.

Due Diligence & Risk Awareness

We adopt a risk-based, proportionate approach to due diligence rather than blanket audits. Measures may include:

  • Assessing the ethical standards of partners where appropriate
  • Prioritising reputable, established suppliers
  • Avoiding engagement where credible concerns exist
  • Responding appropriately to any identified risks

Expectations of Partners & Suppliers

Partners, suppliers, and collaborators engaging with Aesthetic Bureau are expected to:

  • Comply with all applicable labour and employment laws
  • Uphold basic human rights and worker protections
  • Prohibit forced, bonded, or involuntary labour in any form
  • Take reasonable steps to prevent exploitation within their own operations

Failure to meet these expectations may result in review or termination of the relationship.

Reporting & Concerns

Any concerns regarding modern slavery or unethical labour practices connected to our work should be reported promptly. All reports are treated seriously and, where appropriate, investigated and resolved responsibly.

Concerns can be raised via info@aestheticbureau.co.

Training & Awareness

As part of our governance and ethics framework, Aesthetic Bureau maintains awareness of modern slavery risks relevant to our industry and supply chains — particularly when collaborating with international or hospitality-based partners.

Review & Governance

This policy is reviewed periodically and updated to reflect changes in law, guidance, or business operations. Review cycle: every six months.
